A big ta goes out to all of you out there who have made this week the best so far for downloads of ‘Sheep and Other Stories’.
Many people have said nice things (without me bribing them) and, hey, we all like a bit of praise now and again. I even had a nice 5 star review from crime author Ed James. I hope I can live up to it.
Some people have said some things about sheep which was unexpected but, hey, you never know where the train’s going after the brakes are off and I’ve found, over the years, that the subject of livestock can be divisive and can even cause folk to ‘hoik’ their trousers up on market day and sigh, ‘aye’ quite a lot.
So, I am going to celebrate with a couple of IPA tonight and I hope you all are, too. Well, if you like IPA. You might prefer Advocaat, or a low flyer, or something but, whatever your tipple- enjoy. After all, you’re probably from Scotland and, on a Friday, in northern Britain, we like to drink.
If you have bought ‘Sheep and Other Stories', liked it and would care to leave a review on the Amazon page, that would be most magic.
In fact, I’d be right chuffed with that. If you want to buy a copy, click here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sheep-Other-Stories-Forgotten-Mini-reads-ebook/dp/B00LNM8X6C/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1405370440&sr=1-1&keywords=sheep+and+other+stories
If you don’t have a Kindle, no fear. You don’t need one. Just download a free reader for your PC/phone/tablet/fudge, here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?docId=1000493771
Bon weekend. K xxx
